Directions for use:
For joint massage. Rub into the appropriated areas such as neck, shoulders, back, elbows, arms, knees, legs and feet several times a day or as required until absorbed.

For external application only. 
Avoid contact with eyes or broken skin. 
Do not use underneath air-tight compresses. 
Not suitable for small children. 
Not suitable for people with an allergy to shellfish.
